服務條款及細則

多謝惠顧 INVERSION STORE 網上購物服務，請注意以下事項:

1. 當收到閣下訂單為確保能準時送到府上，我們會馬上安排運送程序，因此已確認之訂單恕不可取消或更改。
2. 網上購物訂單未能提供加單或合併訂單服務。
3. 我們有機會致電/電郵進行簡短的服務意見調查。
4. 送貨服務細則
   1. 送貨服務一般可於訂購日起 3-5 個工作天 完成服務，具體日期需要根據實際情況而定。
   2. 所有訂單必須於購買日後三十天內完成送貨，如訂單未能於三十天內完成送貨，送貨服務將被取消，貨品需來人到指定地點自取，訂單不再提供送貨服務。
   3. 如顧客選用組裝服務，必須與送貨服務同時使用，組裝地址必須與貨品的送貨地址相同。
   4. 網上購物只限 INVERSION STORE 貨品組件的安裝。
   5. 如我們已上門但不能提供組裝服務，不論任何原因，未能完成服務之組裝費用將不會退還。
   6. 禁區、貨車不能進入的路段、展覽場地、酒店、裝修單位、船屋/船、地盤, 貨櫃碼頭、貨品須經露台懸掛入屋內或現場環境不容許運送所購買之貨品及其他指定地點、恕未能提供送貨服務。如有查詢、請聯絡我們。
   7. 若送貨地點沒有升降機或貨品重量超過15公斤須經樓梯送貨，顧客需額外繳付每層搬運費，以八層為上限。
   8. 如需更改送貨日期或時間，請於送貨日前2個工作天前與我們聯絡。否則我們將收取額外的服務附加費。
   9. 如送貨當天遇上惡劣天氣、嚴重水浸、道路阻塞或封閉，送貨服務將有可能延誤或暫停。我們會在24小時內以短訊及／或電話聯絡顧客再作安排，補送服務將於三個工作天內完成。
   10. 如需送貨至客運碼頭，顧客須自行安排海路運送及貨物上落事宜。
   11. 如在送貨當日，因送貨地址無人應門，是次送貨費用將不會退回。如需再次安排送貨，我們將會再次收取送貨費用。
   12. 收貨人須年滿18歲並為顧客的授權代表，任何收貨人的指示/所提供的訊息或行為均代表顧客本人。
5. 貨品送往台灣以外地區或國家
   1. 若貨品送往台灣以外地區或國家，客戶或有可能需要繳付相關地區的關稅、進口稅、服務稅、增值稅(VAT) 或其他進口銷售稅項等。這些費用須由客戶自行承擔。
   2. 額外的海外運費會因應不同的地區及國家而產生差異，當輸入您的送貨地址後系統會自動顯示額外的海外運費。
6. 維修條款及細則
   1. 產品如需維修及保養時，用戶需自行將產品寄送往指定的維修服務中心，產品於修妥後我們會安排寄回給閣下。
   2. 保固期內，若違反任何維修服務條款及細則，產品均不在保固範圍之內，維修中心將按故障情況另行報價或不提供維修服務。用戶自行維修產品、產品主機或配件入水、人為損壞、機殼／表面損毀、未依說明書使用產品、錯誤操作、錯誤接駁電源、惡意行為、疏忽使用、因正常使用所造成產品表面部分上之刮傷、磨損、受潮或浸水導致氧化與鏽蝕、及將產品更改使用均被視為違反維修服務條款及細則。
   3. 本保固不包括在盒內的附件或額外購買的附件, 包括但不限於電池、充電器、USB線、變壓器、藍芽裝置、電池蓋、附加在裝置上的外圍設備等等。
   4. 保固期外，如產品已經停止銷售，沒有零件可以維修，維修服務中心並有權拒絕維修此產品。
   5. 享用產品保修服務，客戶必須在指定經銷商或網站購買產品及出示機身序號或有效銷售發票正本。未能出示有效銷售發票正本或機身序號之產品將被視為非保修產品處理。
   6. 客戶需在維修中心通知取件日期開始計三個月內取回產品，否則用戶產品如有損壞、遺失等情況，維修中心概不承擔任何責任。如用戶六（6）個月內還未取回產品，維修中心有權自行處置該產品，恕不另行通知和賠償。
   7. 維修中心不會保證任何產品在維俢後不會再次出現維修前同樣的問題，客戶確認並無任何異議。
   8. 如有任何爭議，本公司擁有最終決定權。
